In a large bowl, place all the salad ingredients together and mix well. I used mango, cucumber and avocado with salad leaves which work really well together but if you want to get more creative, feel free to add other ingredients!
For the dressing, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the salad and mix well to ensure that everything is coated in the dressing. It's that simple!
