Sweet Chilli Sauce Recipe
This recipe will make enough sauce for two when used on a stir fry. If you want to make a larger batch, it will save in the fridge for two weeks in a sealed container.
In a bowl or cup, mix the fish sauce with the coconut sugar and stir until dissolved.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
I used the sweet chilli sauce as a dressing for a stirfry containing: Red cabbage, white cabbage, beansprouts, red pepper, red onion, mushrooms, green beans and chicken. I highly recommend!
